Any data we collect is only used in the day to day running of our business to provide the products or services that you have requested from us, process payments and administer your account.  Very occasionally we may send you news or information that we feel could be of specific interest.

We do not share your details with third parties, other than our Accountant.  If it is necessary to provide information to fulfil a service on our behalf, we will only provide the third party with the information that is needed to perform their particular business function, such as giving a haulier your address to enable them to make a delivery.

Our website does not use cookies but we do use Google Analytics to help us tailor our business to better suit the needs of our visitors to the website.  This information is held and backed up securely on our website provider’s servers.

We only keep your data as long as is necessary to supply our products and services to you and to comply with any legal obligations.  You have the right to know what information we hold and, of course, to correct and restrict the use of these details.  If you would like to have your data removed please contact our Data Protection Officer in writing:-
